By accessing, creating or contributing to any forum hosted at 4Rum4U.com and any and all domains related to our free forum and blog hosting, you agree to abide by these terms of use. Please read them carefully before creating a forum:.

Support

Support to our users is offered for free and is offered in English only.

We Do Not Host

We will not host illegal, immoral, unethical, or otherwise objectionable forums. This includes, but isn't limited to, forums (directly or indirectly) about hacking, pornography, warez, (downloading of copyright material), drugs, online pharmacies, religion, politics, racism or other offensive content not suitable for children.

We do not allow any forum to use redirection, url shortening or url masking services, if you want a better url please use the custom domain upgrade facility. Such sites will be removed without warning. All forums and blogs must be in English.

30 Day No Action Policy

Any forum which goes more than thirty (30) days without any posts, or which hasn't been logged into by the admin within 30 days of creating the forum, may be deleted as the board is most likely abandoned. Any forum deleted for inactivity will not be recoverable. (Please do not leave it 30 days!) All forums must have at least one message board added within 24 hours or it will be deleted.

Spam

We do not tolerate spam of any kind...if you or any of your forum members use our free hosting to submit spam you risk your forum/blog being deleted without notice. You as a forum owner are responsible for keeping your message boards free of spam and offensive material. For this reason, please do not allow posting by guests to your message boards...it's just asking for trouble!

Payments and refunds

Some of our upgrade services (if you choose to use them) require you to pay us via Paypal, we use Paypal as it is a secure, fast and easy system to use. Due to the nature of the services offered, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

Copyright info

All forums are published under the Creative Commons Public License. Basically you permit anyone to copy, distribute, display and perform your content (royalty-free) on the condition that they credit your authorship each time they do so. In general, you may post content freely to your forum and to those of others hosted at 4Rum4U.com so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable. All content posted must be original and owned by you, or protected by fair use. 4Rum4U.com does not pre-screen, is not liable for, and may (at our discretion) remove any content that we feel is a violation of our terms of service or that we have reason to believe may be in violation of a copyright.

In addition to this all text and images on the 4Rum4U.com site are protected and may NOT be used or copied under any circumstance, unless you have first asked permission to do so.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided on an as is basis. 4Rum4U.com hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use this site.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted to 4Rum4U.com, either upon registration or by posting may be publically displayed for use by us. Our logs collect and store information such as IP addresses, cookie information, to compile reports, etc. If you don't want your information accessible, then don't use the site. We do not engage in unsolicited spam nor will we release your email address to any third party for such purposes.
